Boxing in the subframe is the best way to enhance the handling characteristics of any vehicle. If you look at the front subframe of the B8 Audi A4 and S4, you’ll see a “U” shape with the opening at the rear. So when you accelerate, brake or go into a corner the suspension pushes against the subframe, causing each side to flex independently. While the factory tried to box in the rear to reduce flex, the low-cost stamped steel stabilizer is mostly useless for high-performance handling. Manufactured from billet T7 aircraft aluminum, the Alu Kreuz one-piece design reduces flex, effectively unifying the front suspension for better handling and performance. $399.95
