JE Pistons custom-made a set with an even better, more rounded dome to reduce hot spots, bringing compression down to an actual 8.2:1 after a fluid test. This lower compression will help Project M3 make more turbocharged power safely. A hi-temp copper sealant was used on the 1.8mm VAC Motorsport metal headgasket. And although everything else was cryo-treated, the pistons and rings are untouched.
