Notice the difference in size between the stock caliper (right) and the Stoptech caliper (left). Even so, the Stoptech caliper weighs only 8.3 lb compared to 13.0 lb for the stock caliper. All Stoptech calipers use FMSI (Friction Materials Standard Institute) D-372-type pads, the same size and configuration as a factory Porsche. Pads that fit are available nearly anywhere.
