In America’s new era of sports car racing some things remain evergreen, like running the Rolex 24 at Daytona each January. The challenge is considered one of the big three global endurance auto races – with the 12 Hours of Sebring and the 24 Hours of Le Mans – and will probably forever be one of the toughest motorsports tests a competitor could ever see. This year’s race is also the subject of Through the Driver’s Eyes, a one-hour show that features unprecedented access to some of International Motor Sports Association’s (IMSA) top drivers and teams.

Narrated by Indy 500-winning driver Dario Franchitti and driven by Continental Tire, Through the Driver’s Eyes promises fans some of the most unique paddock content ever seen. In addition to at-track action, drivers like Scott Pruett open their homes and shops to fans.

Cook breakfast with Wayne Taylor Racing’s, Jordan and Ricky Taylor, watch CORE autosport plan their pit strategy and attend a Ganassi Racing team meeting meant only for drivers, engineers, managers and Chip Ganassi himself. Fans will also hit the tennis court with No. 01 ESM Tequila Patron driver, Ryan Dalziel, do a little street luge with Andy Lally, driver of the No. 44 Magnus Racing Flex-Box Porsche 911, and find out how much preparation went into Action Express Racing capturing the 2014 Rolex 24 At Daytona win.

Tune in to Fox Sports 1 at 5:00 p.m. ET on March 5 for a unique look at the Rolex 24 At Daytona in the debut of Through the Driver’s Eyes. As a warm up for the 12 Hours of Sebring, catch a re-air of the show, Friday, March 14 at 8:00 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 2.
