It's a Chevy Volt and stands just as much chance of coming out on time (late 2010) as crumbling GM's American sister car. If fuel prices remain depressed, too, they stand almost no chance of even selling in the first place but to ultra-concerned Hollywood earthies and Apocalypse-fearing desert rats.
