Porsche 911 Speedster
The latest addition to the 911 range is the 2011 Speedster. Yes, that famous old name has been dusted off for the third time. The original model was, of course, a version of the venerable 356 made especially for American customers. Funny enough, this limited edition numbers 356 units, with 100 of those heading Stateside. The usual Speedster traits are there: the smaller and more raked windshield and the double bubble hard cover. Yet there are some more contemporary aspects like a 408-hp, 3.8-liter, watercooled flat six, the double-clutch PDK transmission, ceramic brakes, active suspension management, and a sticker price of $204,000.
