Now that Netherlands-based Spyker owns Saab and production has resumed in Trollhättan, prices of the 2010 9-3 range have dropped by four to 12 percent (depending on the model), compared to the bad old days of 2009. It starts with the Sport Sedan, from $29,725 for the front-drive 2.0T (down from $30,360). At the other end of the spectrum, it's $46,730 for the V6-equipped Convertible Aero model (which used to cost $51,330).
