Neuspeed's software and P-Flo intake system for the VAG 2.0T FSI is fully CARB-certified, making the combination street legal in all 50 states. Independent testing showed that emission levels with the Neuspeed software and intake installed met the applicable standards when tested using the Cold-Start CVS-75 Federal Test Procedure and the Supplemental Federal Test Procedure (SFTP US06) test cycles. Further test on the OBD-II system showed that the Neuspeed modifications did not affect the OBD-II diagnostic system.
