Newly designed, the dash panel is aesthetically and ergonomically more appealing. Chrome and wood accents provide an upscale look to the wide-ranging practicality of the controls and dials. New elements for improved comfort include soft nightlight illumination throughout the cabin, an improved climate control system (four-zone climate control is also available), and electrically adjustable seating with optional multicontour and dynamic multicontour systems. Active seat ventilation is also optional for models with leather upholstery. Shown here is the dash panel with the COMAND APS equipment package, featuring a navigation computer with an integral DVD player.
