High-quality interiors have become a recognized VW attribute, and the Touareg's takes the approach to luxury sedan levels. The five-passenger configuration includes folding center seats for generous hauling space. Despite some complicated switchgear, NAV system and electronic everything, the cockpit is a friendly place, featuring ambient lighting throughout, storage bins galore, an available four-zone climate control system (first in the SUV market) and eight-speaker stereo.
