Running The Ragged Edge Of Sexy
It's hard to imagine a more attractive 599, but it looks like Hamann has successfully expanded on Pininfarina's theme and given us just that. A new front bumper, rocker panels, roof wing and trunk wing are all part of a new aerodynamics package, but most impressive is the adjustable three-piece rear diffuser. All exterior components are available in fiberglass or carbon-Kevlar. Hamann's Edition Race wheels, three-piece forged units to be sure, come in a massive 21-inch format and include titanium bolts. Power upgrades include headers, racing catalysts and sport mufflers to expand peak output by 53 hp, taking the total all the way up to a majestic 673. In addition to the hard parts, Hamann also offers interior upholstery and multimedia upgrades which can be tailored to individual taste.
