The standard RS4 brakes are already enormous, with huge 360mm and 312mm discs and massive four-piston calipers. MTM's Brembo/Teves arrangement is even bigger, with 380mm and 323mm vented discs clamped by four-pot calipers. Needless to say, their stopping power is strong and fade free. I did consecutive runs into the 140-mph area, and each time the brakes hauled the car back down to sane speeds with gusto.
