Billed as the world's largest auto show, day one of the 61st Frankfurt IAA has lived up to its reputation, and more. Spanning nine building, one outdoor blowup and ten days, the event is too much to take in, and I'm only at day one of three media days.
The first-day events were Volkswagen Audi Group centric, with press conferences and unveilings from Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda. BMW, Chrysler, Mercedes Benz and Smart also shared top billing on this, my first day of my first trip to Frankfurt.
Check out our photo gallery as we give a peek into the wonderful world of Frankfurt.
