Drill the proper size hole for the insert you are using in the panel, then place the insert in position. It is helpful to apply a small amount of grease to the tool and to the threads of the bolt that pulls the insert tight. Then simply tighten the bolt until it feels solid while holding the tool stationary. View Related Article
